This lovely mini lodge is situated in a quiet area of the park overlooking a duck pond with a south facing secure gated wrap around decking. It is very popular for families especially grandparents who want to spend quality time with their grandchildren and make some happy memories.A holiday home description is required.

The accommodations comprises:
Kitchen area - with fully integrated appliances including gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining table and chairs.
Lounge area - with two settees and TV with patio doors opening on to the decking area which has a south facing aspect.
Bedroom 1 - with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table
Ensuite - with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 - twin room with wardrobe and dressing table
Bedroom 3 - twin room (small single beds) with wardrobe and additional storage
Bathroom - with shower, WC and washbasin.

This mini lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed.
South facing wrap around decking area with outdoor seating.
Parking space for one vehicle.

A well equipped caravan with everything you will need for your stay.  Wifi is not available in the lodge but visitors can sign up for the Park's Wifi which is free for up to 7 days.

For your added peace of mind, the caravan will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We DO NOT use the park's cleaning fleet so you can be assured your holiday home will be cleaned to a very high standard.

Southview is a large family friendly holiday park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, show bar, fish and chip shop, indoor swimming pool, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop.

There is a main fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested.

There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy.

A regular shuttle bus runs into Skegness and Ingoldmells.

Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for families. The market towns of Louth and Horncastle are within a 30 minute drive and both have a good selection of cafes, independent shops and markets.

A deposit of £75 is required to secure your booking.  The balance is required 4-6 weeks before your check-in date with a damage bond in the sum of £150 due 7 days before check-in or cash on arrival. 

Entertainment passes are not included in the price.

We do not accommodate groups of under 25's, hen/stag parties nor batchelor or batchlerotte groups.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
No contractors, commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers, are permitted at this park.
Each adult, child and baby will count as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (6) - children under the age of 2 years are still considered as one person for this purpose.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
