Our holiday home is fully double glazed with gas central heating, FREE WIFI and set out as follows:

Parking next to the caravan

Three steps up to a large decking area with garden chairs, a small side table and parasol

You enter through the main door into the open plan, fully fitted kitchen area/ diner and lounge

There is a large double bedroom and a twin room, the extra pull out bed is under the fixed seating in the lounge area

A travel cot is available on request

A bathroom with a walk in shower 

A small utility room with an automatic washing machine

All bedding and towels are included with a welcome pack for your arrival

The site has a clubhouse which is free to enter and a heated indoor pool (Both open seasonally)

You can also use the facilities at Golden Sands where you will need passes which can be purchased from reception

Our Little Van by the Sea is only a 10 minute walk from the dog friendly resort which includes the Award Winning Nature Reserve, The Beaches and Dunes, Dawlish Warren Golf Club and the Train Station which is a great way to explore South Devon.

A £100 deposit is required to secure a booking to be paid by bank transfer with the oustanding balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date. There is also a security deposit of £50 which is fully refundable on your departure following a satisfactory inspection of our caravans fixtures, fittings and contents.

Check in is 2 p.m on your day of arrival an check out is 11 a.m on your departure date.

Our holiday home is pet friendly at no extra charge.

Dawlish Sands Holiday park occupies an enviable position within walking distance of a fabulous Blue Flag beach. The gently sloping golden sands of Dawlish Warren stretch out for more than 2 miles, providing an idyllic and safe haven for swimming and splashing about.
