Two bedroom  - no pets (sleeps six) caravan. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Lounge area has two free standing sofas (one pulls out to sleep two people), coal effect electric fire, TV and DVD player. Free standing dining table with seating for 4 people. Patio doors open onto a large relatively private gated decking area to the front of the caravan with uninterrupted views of the mountains. There is also a paved patio area to the side of the caravan. Spacious master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite with bath and shower room, dressing table and TV/DVD. Caravan has a separate family bathroom with shower. There is a second bedroom with twin single beds and one wardrobe and TV. Open plan kitchen comes well equipped with kettle, toaster, slow cooker and air fryer. There is a gas oven and microwave and fridge freezer.

Crockery is provided for 6 people, together with glasses and cutlery.

Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen (please note king size bed in master bedroom)  We do offer bed linen package on request at an extra charge of £10 each for master bedroom and sofa  bed and £5 each for single beds.

On site there is an indoor heated pool, children’s playground, laundrette and the site has direct access to a safe and sandy beach which is a few minutes’ walk away.  Fantastic sunsets are a site to behold so make sure you wander down to the beach for these.

There is an electric car charging point located outside the laundrette. Electric vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into caravan.

Pet free. No smoking/vaping inside holiday home.

If using the cooker/grill please line with foil (provided).

Travel cot, high chair, steriliser can be provided with sufficient notice.

Please leave the caravan clean and tidy.

Nearby is the "The Sands" entertainment complex with a bar/club, fish n chips, pizza and amusements. Further restaurants are located nearby - Ysgethin and 1957.  The train takes 10 minutes to Barmouth and Tal-y-bont station is a 10-15 minute walk from the site.

Non refundable deposit of £100 required at time of booking and full payment six weeks before your holiday. If holiday is less than six weeks then full amount is required at time of booking.

Key safe code will be given nearer time of holiday.
