We Cater for all your Holiday needs,   Whether you enjoy walking, swimming, or just laying on the beach, you will have everything you need for a great relaxing stay.  This truly is a picturesque part of Devon, we are meters away from Berry head National Nature Reserve and its stunning headland with its iconic lighthouse and Napoleonic Fort.

Relax at night on the decking and view the thousands of stars in the sky.   Spot the  Dolphins swimming in the sea and the Guillemots flying close by . We have some of the best  coastal paths on our doorstep, turn left for Brixham Harbour, Paignton, Torquay or right and walk to Dartmouth following the coastline with it's fantastic views.

There is entertainment for the kids, Swimming pool and a clubhouse.

The static caravan is self catering and has everything you need for a great holiday by the sea.

We greet all our guests wherever possible in person, upon arrival you will find complimentary drinks in the fridge to get you in the holiday mood , Arrival times are from 3pm to 9pm and request you vacate by 10 am on the day of depature to allow the team to get in and do changeover ready for the new holiday arrivals. 

We ask for a minimum of 3 days stay and up to max 14 nights, a deposit is required to hold your reservation and full payment must be made14 days before arrival date, This is a holiday home that does not accept Pets, sorry.
