"Palm Trees" is a stylish & comfortable holiday home set on highly desirable Tulip (nicknamed - millionaire’s drive) a quiet cul-de-sac close to the clubhouse and pools.  There is a large contemporary sunny wraparound south facing deck (catches the sun all day). 

Dates can be flexible, please ask if you have specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate.
The holiday home has central heating throughout, stylish & contemporary décor, large open plan kitchen and dining area. Spacious lounge and a new 40” smart TV with Guest access Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime (No Ads), and Paramount+ for Kids, also an HDMI cable for use of your own console. There is super fast Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi that was installed 2024.

The kitchen has everything that you could need for a self-catering holiday. Brand new appliances including an air fryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. An oven & grill plus a fridge freezer. Ideal for families, equipped with children’s cups, plates & cutlery. There is also a small selection of toys & games. Use of a highchair and/or travel cot is available upon request, for no additional cost - please ask.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite WC, dressing table & wardrobes and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests (Please ask) providing flexibility and is Ideal for families with 3 children!

Club entertainment passes are available if required @ £55 per booking for up to 7 days. (Please check if these are included)
These give access to use the pools, health suite, gym and to the live entertainment venue for adults and children including tots o’ clock, Sammy’s squad! Bingo beats, live@9 and Hoburne hub during peak seasons

Early check in may be available at an additional cost of £30, this would move check in from 4pm to 10am. 

No Pets allowed unfortunately

Please note that on occasion a very small dog has visited, however a full deep clean has been carried out, in addition to regular deep cleans.

No use of candles in the home or any fireworks on site

A £100 security deposit is payable on top of any advertised prices, refunded within 48 hours of your departure providing the Holiday Home is left with all inventory and house rules have been followed. We have never kept any security depoits to date, please help us maintain this statement.

Do as much (or as little) as you like: build up an appetite in the Park’s indoor and outdoor pools, play field, tennis court, crazy golf course and Hoburne bowl. Keep the kids entertained with Sammy Seahorse and our adventure playground. Explore the Park’s own nature trail. Or, just get to know the neighbours over a long, balmy evening barbecue.
