Country Meadow Caravan Park, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire (Ref.112015)

The Aspen Lodge at Country Meadow Caravan Park is a three bedroomed 6 Berth lodge with double glazing and central heating. The lodge is to a winter speck making it a home from home.

On arrival to the lodge there is a dedicated parking area adjacent to the lodge. From the parking area you enter into a private courtyard with a picnic bench. A decking area is accessed from the courtyard and leads into the lodge entering into the kitchen diner.

The kitchen diner is open plan leading into the living room. In the living room there is a 32" smart TV, coffee table, corner settee and two armchairs. A patio door leads out onto a Juliet balcony.

From the kitchen enter into the hallway which leads into a family toilet/shower room, two single/twin bedrooms and onto the master bedroom with an ensuite toilet/shower room. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and four single beds in the single/twin rooms. One of the beds in each room folds down under the other bed leaving more space for a single person or space for a travel cot (cot not supplied) All beds come with pillows and quilts but you are required to bring your own pillowcases and quilt covers. Towels not supplied.

A £20 cash deposit is required on arrival for the key and barrier fob, this is refundable upon return of the key and barrier fob.

A £100 security bond/ deposit will be required upon booking which is refundable providing that there has been no damage done to the lodge or the contents during your stay.

Lodge Terms

Parking is in the first parking space adjacent to the lodge for one vehicle only.

All damages must be reported to the management immediately or as soon as possible. Please do not leave us to find any damage ourselves.

BBQ's are permitted in the court yard area only, do not put BBQ's on the decking. The BBQ must be 4 feet from the fences and raised 15 inches from the floor.

Please be aware that the decking area can become slippery when wet, please take extra care in wet and slippery conditions.

All kitchen utensils and crockery must be washed and put away tidily ready for the next occupier to use.

Please do not allow children to bounce on the furniture, there is a trampoline park at Skegness for doing that type of activity. Respect the furniture and all off the property in general.

There is to be no more than six persons allowed to sleep overnight in the accommodation, any visitors must leave by 9:00pm.

The beds in the single/twin rooms must not be put together, they must remain separate to allow free passage to the door in case of an emergency.

The single beds in the lodge are provided with a fitted sheet, one pillow and a quilt, the king size bed has a fitted sheet, two pillows and a king size quilt. Pillowcases and quilt covers are not included you will need to bring your own as well as towels.

Payment for your stay is required 15 days prior to your arrival. If you should cancel before the 15 day period, you will forfeit your security bond/ deposit. Cancelation after the full amount owed has been received. You will be re-imbursed 50% of the booking fee and the £100 security deposit.

Country Meadow Caravan Park is a small family run touring site, set close to the seaside town of Sutton on sea (just 2 miles from the Town's centre) with the bustling resort of Mablethorpe just a short drive away also.
