The site doesn't allow XL bully dogs and if this isn't declared beforehand the site will ask you to leave as it breaches their rules and you forfeit your deposit.
Please do not charge your electric car directly from the caravan as it blows the whole site electrics. There is an EV charger on site next to the launderette.
We kindly ask that you leave the van clean and tidy and take away any rubbish.
As we are less than an hour away from Snowdonia, ZipWorld, Barmouth town centre and other North Wales attractions, the area is popular with families, cyclists and walkers alike making this holiday home a great ‘staycation’ destination.

£100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and this is taken off the full balance which is required 6 weeks before your stay.
£100 refundable deposit is required and will be returned provided the van and its contents aren't damaged after your visit.
