Our caravan is a brand new beautiful platinum grade model with French doors and large wrap around deck. Well positioned caravan to give you the best of both worlds. In a nice quiet area of the park which gives the the peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday but not too far from the main complex to be able to use the facilities. At the front of the caravan is a quiet Cul-De-Sac with no through traffic which makes it an ideal area for the children to play.
Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, built in fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all utensils, crockery, cookware and glassware you could need for a comfortable stay. An iron is provided together with an ironing board. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits as well as tea towels for your use. We have added a Tassimo Coffe Machine and will also supply pods for this.
42" SMART TV with built in Freeview + NETFLIX to the lounge as well as DVD player. Comfortable seating area and separate dining area. There are also USB plug sockets in the Living room & bedrooms to make charging all those phones and tablets a little easier. We have SKY TV fitted in the caravan with the full package NOW INCLUDING ALL SPORTS CHANNELS. There is also a blue tooth speaker for you to connect to.
Unlimited WiFi is available for FREE and is subject to our fair use policy.
1 master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed & en suite toilet and 24" Smart TV with Netflix and 2 twin bedrooms also with TVs with Freeview. A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom.
All beds will be made up for your arrival.
Main shower room with hand basin & toilet.
We also provide a travel cot* (please bring own bedding) and high chair if required.
Outside you will find private parking, lawn, patio area & large wrap around decking with table and chairs to dine at and also a comfortable sofa.

NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - An initial non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to reserve your break with us.
BALANCE - The balance of your break must be received by us at least 6 weeks before the commencement date.
REFUNDABLE BOND - In addition to the rental price we will also require £50.00 damages deposit which will be returned to you upon the checking of the caravan and it is found to be in the same condition as when it was let to you. This will be returned to you within 24 hours of check out.
FUNWORKS PASSES - Passes are not included in the rental price but can be purchased from reception on arrival.
The caravan should be left in a clean and tidy condition including the removal of all rubbish to the refuse areas on park. Bed linen is included in our prices and beds will be made up for your arrival. Full T&Cs of Stay will be provided in the rental pack.
