The caravan is modern and spacious. Double glazed with full central heating. large lounge with sofa seating and arm chair, large wall mounted TV with separate dvd. with  the fully equipped adjoining kitchen. Two bedrooms the main double bedroom has KING size 5ft bed an en suite, the second bedroom has twin beds.,large walk in shower the a separate toilet. It has good sun decking with gate plus patio furniture.In a beautiful location with views out across the Polperro coastline .Parking is next to the caravan. Sorry no dogs.

Following government guidelines, please be aware that the caravan has been deep cleaned internally and externally, carpets have been cleaned throughout and all items within the caravan have been sanitised. In order to protect the safety of our guests,  a deep cleaning regime will be provided on departure in preparation for the next new arrival and all keys will be cleaned and sanitised.
