The interior of the Park Lane exudes luxury in every aspect of its design, the generous 14ft wide, open plan leisure home is the perfect setting for your family holiday, kitchen is fully equipped with 5 burner gas hob and oven, curved glass extractor canopy, an integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, for casual dining there is a breakfast bar with two matching bar stools, for more formal dining there is a well proportioned dining table and six chairs. Living room with tv freeview, and dvd player, with feature electric fire, sophisticated colour combinations enhance the stylish decor, with walnut effect furniture complimented by a sumptious lounge suite.

Washer dryer available in the utility room including iron, ironing board, maiden and hoover etc.

There are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has en suite shower room and toilet, and large wardrobe for two, one further bedroom has twin beds with small wardrobe, and the third bedroom has one single bed and small wardrobe, all rooms have their own tv, the bathroom has a bath/shower with wc.

Private parking to the side of the caravan is available.

Towels, tea towels, and bed linen is not included, but if you prefer beds made up on arrival a bed linen package is available for £50.00, please order at time of booking.

Entry passes for use of all facilities on site are available for purchase at the site office.

No smoking or vaping in the caravan , sorry no pets.

There is a £100 non refundable deposit payable when booking, remaining balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival, there is a bond charge of £100.00 paid with the remaining balance which will be returned to you, providing there is no damage and the caravan is in a clean condition for the next booking, payment is made via bank transfer details will be given at time of booking.

Check in 3pm and checkout is 11am.
