Our Beautiful 2013 * Platinum* Carnaby Aspire 3 bed room caravan is in a quieter area of the award wining Bunn Leisure site of West Sands, yet is less than 10mins walk or 3mins by car @ 10mph to main complex & beach.
It has floor to ceiling windows at front, neutral decor with a spacious living area and is fully equipt with everything you need and more....... we are at the roadside so no grassy field to walk over and have a car parking space for 1 car imediately in front of the caravan, any 2nd car will need to be parked in the car park close by.
There is a large gated veranda with table & chairs leading to the spacious fully enclosed private garden at the rear of the caravan, with Gas BBQ & furnished patio area and sun longers for your use.
**We offer WIFI as an optional extra £10 per weekend/4 night mid week / £15per 7 night / £20 per 10 days / £25 per 14 days for high speed UNLIMITED direct to caravan for UNLIMITED devices.If you will require this service please state on booking.
It has full central heating and double glazing, a full size shower, 2 toilets, 2x twin bedrooms and 1 double with en suite loo. 32in Hd TV with freeview, DVD player, comfortable sofas, the free standing dining table extends to fit 6 people if needed. There are 2 further 20in tv's with freeview, 1 in double bedroom and 1 with dvd player in 1 twin bedroom.
In the kitchen you will find an intergrated full size fridge and seperate freezer,microwave, 5 burner hob, full size oven, kettle & toaster. we provide bedding with beds made up for your arival if required,fluffy white towels (you will need to bring your own for swimming and beach),A kitchen pack(t-towels, dish cloth etc), washing up liquid,all cleaning materials, hoover, mop & bucket, iron & ironing board and much more.
we cater for little people with Childrens cutlery, cups, bowls etc all available for you to use.....A toddler bed bar, travel cot + bedding, highchair, baby bath, microwave sterilizer ect all available at no extra cost upon request at booking, They are all hidden away for those who do not require them.
We are less than 2 min walk from a large playground, multi sports pitch and large field leading to a nature reserve.
The free Bunny train and bus service are less than 2mins walk away, hop on either to get you around the holiday park and to our lovely Mile long private beach or to the other 2 Bunn Leisure sites close by and find whatever action you are looking for. On site there are 3 main entertainment venues with quality entertainment.. On Westsands is The Waterfront complex with "The Embassy", oaisis swimming & leisure pool with its lazy river, gym & sauna, a funfair, amusement arcade, 2 bars (some showing major sports events), The "White horse" entertainment complex with outdoor pool, JB Sports bar & entertainment venue and Green lawns with "The Viking" a more intimate bar and entertainment venue, also on site there is a Restaurant & takeaways, mini markets & gift shops, Beauty salons/hairdressers + mancave for the guys and our wonderfull Mile long Private beach.
Within walking distance or a short bus ride away is the village of Selsey itself with its shops & restaurants (takeaways do deliver to site) a little further afield is the bustling town of Chichester ( the no 51 bus comes to the site at regular times) for all your shopping needs...... and further bus links .... Supermarkets do home delivery to the van too....!!!

We have been fully checked and passed for Independant Letting by BunnLeisure , you will receive a full booking contract with Hire T's & C's for your & our protection / security, your Arrivals paperwork is an official Bunn Leisure document....

A £50 non refundable deposit will secure your dates and comes off your final costs.
We require a £100 returnable damages deposit on top of your holiday cost, this is returned to you within 14 days after your departure, if the caravan is found to be clean and tidy with no damages or extra costs that have been incured by you during your stay.... All we ask is that you look after our holiday home and leave it in the same condition you found it.....
We will accept payments by instalment (upon request) with final payment due 6 weeks before arival date.

If fun is what you're after, West Sands is the park for you. It's our largest park, offering a mile of beachfront noted for boating and fishing, with safe bathing and sand castle fun at low tide.
The centre point of our facilities is the Waterfront Complex with a new magnificent Solent Shore Building - the gateway to all of our facilities, from the new Ocean Pub and Smugglers Restaurant to the new Oasis Pool Complex and the fabulous Embassy Theatre.
West Sands boasts cafe's, a restaurant, three swimming pools, an amusement arcade, Barnacle Bill's Beach Shop, a supermarket, convenience store and children's fun fair. Activities include go-karts, crazy golf, bike hire and trampolines.
The Oasis at West Sands is great attraction for all the family. Enjoy the large heated swimming pools and use the toddler's paddling pool. Relax on loungers or at the poolside cafe. Pamper yourself with a sauna, use the steam room or try a sunbed.
