Our luxury caravan is on the Woodllands area of the site with great views over the lagoon.There is ample parking. It is a short walk from the main activity centre of the park. There are three bedrooms in the caravan. The double bedroom has an ensuite toilet and washbasin and a dressing table. The two twin rooms have beds that can be arranged into double beds. The pull out sofa bed in the lounge means that 8 people can sleep comfortably. There is plenty of storage space. Each has duvets and pillows provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen. You will also need tea towels and towels.

The kitchen area is well equipped. There is a full sized fridge freezer, gas oven and grill, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is crockery and utensils to cater for up to 8 people. There is a separate free-standing dining table. The lounge has comfortable, modern sofas, a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and a cosy gas fire. The lounge has patio doors leading out to the decking where you can relax and watch the sun set. There is a patio area with furniture.

We include extras such as iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Electricity and gas are included in the price. If you wish to use the site facilities you will need to buy entertainment passes from reception or we can order these for you to pick up from reception when you collect the keys.

£75 deposit required or full payment if booked 8 weeks before holiday. A security deposit of £75 will be required and returned 7/14 days after your holiday ends subject to cleaner's inspection.
