You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place enjoying a glass of wine to sounds of the sea.

We'd like to welcome you to our pet friendly, centrally heated, double glazed caravan, minutes from the beach with direct private access from the site.

Happy Days Seaside is quiet family site located between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea both within easy walking distance or if you want to use public transport the bus stop is outside the gate to the site.

The caravan sleep 6 with a double bedroom, twin room and sofa bed in the lounge area.  For the chilly months there is central heating and also an electric fire in the lounge to enjoy when watching TV.

Outside for the warmer months there is an enclosed veranda to sit an enjoy the early morning coffee or late evening glass of wine.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size oven, microwave and fridge with all the pots, pans and crockery you will need to cook up a storm.

Duvets and pillow are provided but you will need to bring you own bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Happy Days Seaside is a family site so no parties or same sex groups are permitted and it is requested that you consider other people on the site and keep the noise to a minimum after 10.00pm.

We provide cleaning products and bin bags under the sink and on departure we ask that all bins are emptied and pots washed.

The caravan is strictly no smoking/vaping.

There is no wi-fi set up at the property.

Bookings accepted for family goups only.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a Security Bond/Deposit of £50.  The Security Bond/Deposit is in addition to the rental fee.

Your deposit /security bond will be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it has been left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage.

We reserve the right to cancel a Booking where full payment has not been received by 14 days after the due date. The Security Bond/Deposit is non-returnable under these circumstances.

Seaside Caravan Park located in Trusthorpe, which is in-between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

A small, friendly, family site with private access to miles of beautiful beaches. Facilities include an on-site launderette and a Children’s Arcade run by friendly Happy Days Seaside staff.
