Happy Days Seaside Trusthorpe, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire (Ref.109851)

Located on a lovely quiet site with private access to beautiful blue flag beaches. Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea are less than a mile away along the promenade on the beach. There is a Bus Stop just outside the gates taking you into both towns. 

Our 2 bedroom 4 berth caravan has a comfortable spacious lounge with double glazing and central heating throughout. It also has an Electric Fire,43 inch flat screen,freeview TV, DVD player with DVD FILMS,selection of books and games,for those days when the weather is not so good. 2 very comfortable leather reclining sofas. Large rug and coffee table.

Open plan kitchen area with fridge,incorporating a wine rack,microwave,kettle,toaster and gas oven,grill,hob and fan.

Double bedroom with wardrobe,mirror,cupboard space,bedside cabinets,touch bedside lamps and hairdryer for your convenience. Twin bedroom with wardrobe,cupboard space. Both bedrooms have clothes hangers. Shower room with hand basin and w.c. Hallway has vacuum cleaner. 

Veranda is on side and around the back of the caravan with 1 tables and 2 large chairs with a gate to keep little ones and dogs safe. Ideally situated to watch the sunset. The back is not over looked. Direct private access to a dog friendly beach. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs but please don't leave them alone in the caravan. We provide all Duvets,Pillows and Protectors including mattress protection. Please bring your own bedding,bed sheets,towels and tea towels. 

Free Wi-Fi in caravan. Password and name of provider in the welcome folder. 

This site does not have a bar or entertainment but there is on the next site,a few minutes walk along the promenade on the way to Mablethorpe,The Dreams Bar also offers Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner.

A friendly welcome awaits you on a lovely quiet family site. Beautiful walks along the beach enjoyed by adults,children and dogs. 

The Security Bond Deposit of £80 is to be paid on booking and is on top of the rental fee. This will not be refunded if you have to cancel your holiday for any reason ,but you may change your dates if given enough notice. Once the caravan has been checked on your departure date and there are no missing,damaged or broken items your Bond will be refunded within 48 hours. If anything has to be replaced,the cost will be deducted from your Bond. If however this does not cover the cost,then you will be invoiced. 

The £80  deposit will secure your dates.

  The rest of the hire price must be paid 1 month prior to your holiday.

We can however accept a monthly plan to pay for your holiday with remaining balance to be paid 1 month prior to your holiday. Please ask us when enquiring.

We will need the following information on booking Number of Adults,Number of Children and Dogs. Ages of children if under 18 years of age.

Keys to be collected from Reception on Arrival and taken back on Departure. Check in 2pm - 4.30pm. Check out 10.00am.

We accept Bank Transfer,PayPal and Cheque.
