This plot is situated in a lovely private cul-de-sac where you can enjoy sitting outside on your own picnic bench and table which provides another usable area to watch the world go by. There is parking next to the caravan.

Lounge/Dining Area:
An extremely spacious, open plan area has a modern, light & airy feel to it. With an L-shaped free standing corner seating arrangement there is plenty of room to sit and relax. The pull out double bed sofa bed provides additional sleeping for up to two people. There is a 37" TV with DVD player. The wall mounted gas fire provides extra warmth on even the most chilly of evenings. To the opposite corner of the living area is a free standing dining table & chairs.

Kitchen:
This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything you need and more. With a full sized oven & hob, extractor hood, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. All your kitchen cookware, crockery & glassware are provided.

Master Bedroom:
A double bed with duvets & pillows provided should ensure a perfect nights sleep. This also has a TV and you will have plenty of storage too with fitted bedroom furniture..

Twin Bedrooms x 2:
One containg a double bed and the other 2 x single beds. Once again duvets & pillows are provided. A travel cot & high chair can also be provided ( upon request & availability).

Family Bathroom:
Consists of large shower, extractor fan, hand basin & WC.

Cloakroom:
Contains a separate hand basin & WC.

Outside:
Patio picnic table/bench  & parking.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
