Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely open plan space is especially bright and airy. With plenty of seating for the whole family of up to 6 people, with its large L-Shaped sofa conguration incorporating a pull out double sofa bed. There is a larger than standard TV with separate DVD player and soundbar for your added enjoyment, together with an assortment of DVD's and board games to keep the family entertained when the weather is not so good. The caravan is central heated and double glazed throughout ensuring you are warm and cosey even on those chilly evenings. On the opposite side to the sofa you will find the dining area, also featuring an L-Shaped seating arrangement together with stools.

Kitchen: This very stylish and well appointed kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises of a full sized oven & grill with a 4 burner gas hob. You will also have provided a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all your cookware and crockery/cutlery.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed with loads of storage in the fitted wardrobes and drawers.

Twin Bedroom: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains large shower cubicle, WC & Wash Basin.

Outside: Parking is directly next to the caravan. There is also a lovely wooden patio area with a picnic bench and table

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
