Whitethorn caravan is situated on a working farm just on the edge of Cropton village. We are a family run beef and sheep farm.

Cropton is a pretty little village on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors and only 4 miles north of Pickering. We are perfectly situated for exploring the moors and coast. There is plenty to do in the area with the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway in Pickering that goes all the way through to Whitby. The North Yorkshire Moors is home to lots of beautiful villages like Rosedale Abbey with its heritage lead mines and Gillies Jone glass blowing studio. Goathland famous for been home to the hit TV show Heatbeat. Or even Hutton le Hole where you will find Ryedale Folk Museum. If you prefer to just get out onto the moors walking or cycling there is plenty to choose from.

Whitethorn caravan has it own lawned site with a stoned Parking area just behind the caravan. Inside you will find a large south facing lounge with plenty of seating, electric fire, tv and dvd player. That then follows into a  fully fitted kitchen and dinner area. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of crockery. It has a full gas cooker and hob, fridge with small freezer box, toaster kettle microwave and plenty of cooking equipment. There is two bedrooms the main bedroom has a king size bed the second bedroom is a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have wardrobe and over the bed storage plus a small vanity unit. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin plus a heated towel rail. The caravan is heated for colder nights by oil filled radiators that can be moved around to where ever is necessary.

Booking inc all gas and electricity but No Bed linen or Towels.

I take a none refundable £100 deposit when booking then the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your stay. If any cancellation is made after 28 days prior to your stay 50% of your fee will be retained.  

Arrival time is 4pm onwards 

Departure time is 10am 

Booking are Saturday to Saturday unless arranged otherwise.
