Inside, the caravan comfortably accommodates guests with three bedrooms — a cosy double room and two single bedrooms — along with a convenient sofa bed in the lounge for additional sleeping space. The interiors are designed with comfort in mind, creating a relaxing, home-from-home feel throughout. There are also two bathrooms, including one with a modern shower enclosure.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal during your stay, including an air fryer, microwave, full-size fridge freezer, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for that perfect morning brew. Additional essentials such as an iron and ironing board are also provided to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. With reliable Starlink WiFi throughout, you can enjoy seamless connectivity for streaming, browsing, or keeping in touch — keeping everyone happy.

Outside, the caravan truly comes into its own, boasting two spacious decked areas. These sun-soaked spaces are beautifully furnished with rattan garden furniture, providing the perfect spot for morning coffees, relaxed lunches, or simply soaking up the sunshine. Whether you’re a keen sunbather or looking to unwind with a good book, these private outdoor areas offer the perfect setting.

The location is ideal for making the most of everything the park and surrounding area have to offer. Just a two-minute walk takes you to a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for coastal walks, paddling, or simply relaxing by the sea. On-site, there are fantastic facilities including a free swimming pool, launderette, basketball/football court, and a children’s adventure park – ensuring plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained.

Right next to the park is The Sands leisure complex, offering everything you need for a fun and convenient stay. Enjoy weekend entertainment at the club, pick up essentials from the convenience shop, or spend time in the arcade. There’s also a traditional chip shop and an American diner.

For something a little more relaxed, Restaurant 1957 is within easy walking distance, serving delicious food in a laid-back setting, complete with a lovely terrace – perfect for unwinding in the evening.

For exploring further afield, the nearby train station provides easy access along the beautiful Cambrian Coast line. You can be in Barmouth in under 10 minutes, or take a scenic journey to other coastal towns such as Porthmadog and Aberdovey without the hassle of driving. There are also direct rail links from the Midlands, making it a convenient and stress-free option if you’d prefer not to travel by car.

As our caravan is very much like a second home to us, we take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and to a certain standard for everyone to enjoy. With this in mind, we kindly ask for a £100 security deposit, payable before arrival. This is simply to help ensure the caravan is looked after with the same care and respect that we give it ourselves. We hope you understand, and we really appreciate your cooperation and care.

House Rules & Important Information

• £100 deposit is required at the time booking. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• If your preferred dates are not available, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
• No smoking or vaping inside the caravan. You are welcome to smoke on the decking, but please use an ashtray.
• Please respect the caravan as you would your own and ensure bins are emptied in the recycling area opposite the caravan on your departure.
• Fur babies are welcome.  We allow 1 dog in the van.  Away Resorts don't allow XL Bullies on any of there parks so we can't allow that particular breed in our caravan.
• Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
• Check-in from 3pm onwards.
• Check-out by 10:00 am.
• Please line the cooker and air fryer with foil when in use.
• Electric cars must not be plugged into the caravan supply, as this will trip the park electrics. A designated charging point is available next to the launderette opposite the caravan.
