Our spacious 8-berth caravan offers comfortable accommodation for families and groups, featuring:

• 1 double bedroom
• 2 twin bedrooms
• Additional pull-out bed in the lounge area

The caravan includes a shower room with WC, as well as an additional separate toilet for added convenience.

For year-round comfort, the caravan is equipped with gas central heating and a gas fire in the living area, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere during cooler evenings.

Beach Access

Direct access to the beach is just a short walk from the caravan. The beach is dog-friendly and offers beautiful river views, with scenic walking routes nearby.

Parking

Parking is available directly beside the caravan. Please note that electric vehicles must not be charged from the caravan. Dedicated EV charging facilities are available near the launderette.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sofa covers will be provided to help protect the furnishings.

Bedding & Towels

Pillows and duvets are provided. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels.

Important Information

• No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
• Please smoke outside and use the ashtray provided.

Exploring the Area

The popular seaside town of Barmouth is only a short drive away, or you can take the train. The railway station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the site and provides easy access to Barmouth and many other destinations across the region.

Booking Terms & Important Information

• A £75 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned following inspection of the caravan after your departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of the booking terms are identified.
• In the event of cancellation by the guest, the £75 deposit is non-refundable.
• The security deposit may be used to cover the cost of any damage or losses incurred during your stay.

Payment Terms

• The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 pm
• Check-out: By 10:00 am on the day of departure

Access details for the key safe will be provided a few days before your arrival.

Departure Information

We kindly ask that guests leave the caravan clean and tidy upon departure. A vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, and other cleaning equipment can be found in the boiler cupboard for your convenience.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must comply with all park rules and regulations during their stay.
