This is a privately owned non smoking 6 berth caravan with parking provided
Lovely, homely caravan with lots of inside space and even more outdoor space now the new veranda has been installed. There will be deck chairs provided and an ash tray for outdoor smokers.
It boasts two separate bathrooms, both with SHOWER, TOILET, SINK
The bedrooms are situated at each end of the caravan with the living space in the middle One double bedroom with en suite, at one end. Two twin bedrooms with en suite, both with two single beds in each bedroom, at the other end.
French doors situated in the middle living area, where there is a free standing table and six chairs. A large fridge and separate large freezer.
A breakfast bar with two breakfast chairs, and a compact kitchen with everything you need to use whilst on holiday.
The living area has a large curved fixed seating with a coffee table, TV, and gas fire.
This caravan is fully central heated and double glazed.
On arrival you will find: Tea, Sugar, and Milk. Should you require anything else upon your arrival please ask when booking and i will do my best to accomodate.

You can secure a booking by sending a cheque for £100 or you can send a bank transfer for £100 (details will be given over the phone). Full payment will be required 6 weeks before arrival. You will get a polite reminder by text a week before your final payment is due, if payment is not paid in full and i have not had a reply or any correspondence from you, it will be assumed the booking is no longer required and the deposit will not be refunded.
If for any reason you have to cancel your holiday, your deposit will be refunded when the week in question has been re-booked and the deposit paid.
You may choose to spread your payments and make regular monthly instalments to make it easier to pay the final balance.
On arrival you will be asked for a cash bond of £100 (please remember to bring this with you as any keys will not be handed over without the bond being paid).
The £100 cash bond will be refunded on the day of your departure once the necessary checks have been carried out and if the holiday home is found to be in a clean, tidy condition and free of damage.
