Amazing panoramic sea views from this Omar Kingfisher lodge. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, one with king-size bed, the other bedroom having two full size single beds. There is an en suite shower room off the main bedroom and a separate main bathroom with a bath with shower over. The living accommodation is an open plan kitchen lounge diner with two sets of french doors opening onto the decking from where you can really appreciate the view and wave to the people on the steam train as it passes by. There is a private gravelled garden area to the side of the lodge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a full size fridge freezer.

Private WiFi is included.

In the bedrooms duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own linen and towels. The lodge is located at the top of the site which gives the amazing views but is also quite a steep walk if you are not driving. There is flat access from the marked allocated parking space for the lodge. The decking has 3 steps up to the front door but other than that it is level access from the parking area. 

Please note the lodge is no smoking and no pets.

Finally, we charge a  £75 security deposit which is refunded once the lodge has been checked after your stay.

Waterside Park is run by Park Holidays. There is an indoor swimming pool (booking at reception is required) and a bar/restaurant area with an outdoor terrace. The pool and some of the entertainment will require the purchase of  passes which are available from the park's reception. Pleas enquire for the latest prices. Just outside the park entrance there are a number of Takeaway Resturaunts, a Spar shop and a pub.

The Torbay area of Devon is a fantastic place to visit for your holiday and Waterside is perfectly placed to explore the area either by car or the bus service which stops outside the entrance to the park and can take you to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. If you prefer to walk the park has direct access to the coastal path from where you can walk to the beaches at Goodrington and Broadsands or explore the coves along the way. You can also follow the path right around the bay if your feeling energetic!

We ask for a £75 refundable security deposit for all bookings. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance and security deposit is payable six weeks before arrival. We take all payments by bank transfer. Please contact us if you wish to use another payment method.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
