Our caravan has double glazing and central heating in every room to provide comfort all year round.
We are on a sunny pitch with 2 parking spaces and have a gated large decking area, complete with patio set for a nice day. Grassed area. Charcoal BBQ. (Only to be used on grass area)
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac within 5-minute walk to Entertainment Complex & direct access to Hurn Forest
It is designed for a home from home feel with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
The caravan comes complete with free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, selection of DVD’s & various board games.
Electric fire, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, utensils and everything you will need to make a full breakfast, snack or a hearty dinner!
This caravan is a 6 berth with 3 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
There is also a family bathroom with shower & WC, along with a second WC.
Complementary tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be there when you arrive.
Bed linen is provided and all rooms will be ready for you after your journey (unless you request no linen).
Please supply your own towels.
MAX 2 Well Behaved Dogs are welcome in this caravan. Supervised at all times.

NO same sex groups.
A £100 deposit is payable on booking your holiday and is refunded within 7 days after you leave, providing the caravan is left clean and without loss/damage.
PET DEPOSIT
An additional £20 deposit required for the maximum of 2 Dogs.
**Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your holiday**
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your holiday or in full at the time of booking if a last minute booking.
Check in after 14:00 on arrival date.
Check out 10:00 on departure date.

Leisure passes and Go Active activities are NOT included in the rental price, but can be purchased from reception.
