Location location location. A beautiful 3 bedroom, double glazed centrally heated mobile home. Set in a quiet cul de sac with Breath taking views from the full width wrap around decking. It is perfectly situated for all of the amenities on site. Five minutes walk will take you to South Beach restaurant, bar, playground and shop. You are also only five minutes walk to the main complex which has bars restaurant, arcade, show bars, take aways  and leisure pools. 

The caravan has everything you need for your holiday. On the decking there is a seating area for alfresco dining, loungers,parasol and bbq.

The lounge area has double doors onto the decking. A 40 inch tv and player with a selection of books toys and DVDs. There is ample seating with free standing 4 and 2 seater settees and a coffee table.

The dining area has a free standing table and six chairs and a built in fridge freezer. It leads directly to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with a full oven and grill if you wish to eat in. It also has plenty of cupboard space. Appliances include, microwave, George Forman grill, toaster, slow cooker, juicer, cafetière and all crockery and cutlery. There are also picnic cutlery and crockery provided.

From the kitchen there is a hall way to the bathroom which has a toilet, basin and large shower. There are 3 bedrooms with ample storage space and the master bedroom has a large dressing table and separate ensuite toilet and basin. Each room has a radiator and hair dryer. This is our family holiday home so we try to provide everything we know you will need for your holiday. The caravan is non smoking and we do not allow pets. The van is fitted with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

Check in is 2pm and check out is 10 am. The key safe is located on the gate to the decking for you to get your keys.

Passes are not included but can be purchased from Haven reception. Prices are

There is parking outside the caravan and 30 metres away  there is a parking area.

We ask for a deposit of £100 which is refundable after the caravan has been checked and no damage has occurred. Please treat our holiday home with respect and let us know of any breakages so that they can be replaced for the next guests. Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival.There is a key safe on the decking gate and we leave 2 sets of keys for you.

Haven ask for all holiday guest and car details so you will need to fill in a booking form and then Haven will send you your car pass.

A Holiday Park located in a remarkable Devon setting...

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
