Located in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location in the coastal town of Happisburgh, 'The Peanut' is located at the end of a private path which opens out into a small fenced garden and patio area with wide panoramic views of the adjoining countryside and paddock.  There is seating and a table on the patio and further seating up on the large decked area - all perfect for sitting out and admiring the views.

Inside there is a lounge with two comfy sofas, a further dining table with seating for four, 32" Smart TV, some books, family games, throws for the sofas for the chillier evenings.  The lounge adjoins the galley kitchen which is well equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.  There is FREE superfast WiFi available.

There are two bedrooms: one twin room (the beds can be made into a small double) and one double room - both with wardrobe space.  All bed linen is supplied.

The recently refurbished bathroom has a wc, hand-basin and small shower.  All towels are supplied.

Well-behaved, house trained dogs are welcome to stay at The Peanut.  The garden is enclosed with 4' post and rail fencing which has stock fencing attached to it.  There is also use of an adjoining paddock for doggy exercise which is shared with another holiday property on site so you can mingle or not, whichever you prefer, with the other guests. 

There is shared parking on site and the use of a shared laundry room for which there is a small charge. 

Please note; we make no extra charge for supply of all the bed linen and towels.  The cost of all electricity and gas for heating, cooking and hot water is also included in the price of the rental.  We also provide a human and doggy hampers! The human hamper consists of bread, butter, milk, eggs, jam, apple or pear juice and some biscuits or similiar - everything in the hamper is locally grown, made or laid!  The doggy hamper consists of locally made dog treats, toys and towels to dry off paws!  The superfast WiFi is free to use during your stay.
