The caravan is a very spacious 2007 prestige Willerby Solstice 37ft x 12ft, the main living area is all open plan with adjoining spacious dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen. You will also find 3 bedrooms, one master with a double bed and two twin rooms all with fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. There is a seperate toilet and hand basin, as well as the shower room with a modern shower unit, hand basin. The caravan is double glazed and also has full gas central heating with an additional gas fire. Situated in a picturesque cul-de-sac and excellent location for all amenities. The caravan pitch also benefits from its own parking space and patio area.
