CARAVAN INFORMATION

Welcome to our brand new luxury Torino Super 35 foot long extra wide 12 foot holiday home, 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan with double glazed windows, 2 seperate toilets and a 12 foot by 8 foot upvc decking with steps, Lockable gate and supplied with patio set comprising of 4 deck chairs and a glass table with umbrella perfect for eating outside, Also supplied with a large 32inch High Definition flat screen TV with Sky Freesat High Definition (can bring your on sky box and plug the satelite cable into receive sky tv) and many more extra's that site rented caravans do not supply, Includes electric heaters in all bedrooms.

All kitchen equipment, Pots, Pans, Cutlery and many other kitchen electricals (Microwave, George Foreman Grill, Kettle) all supplied.

The caravan is located in the very pleasant Sycamore forest which is perfectly sited within 100 metres of the tackle shop, First bite cafe and the lakes and is also a very quiet area for family's to stay.

 

  • 8 berth caravan comprises of 1 double bed, 2 twin bedrooms and a double bed settee (MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE STAYING AS THERE IS NO BED SETTEE).
  • Quilts and pillows are supplied for 6 people, These are to be left in the caravan after your holiday has finished.
  • Arrival times start from 2 PM, Departure time is 10 AM.
  • There is now an outdoor tap located next to the decking which is perfect for washing fishing gear and shoes.

RULES

  • Any rod holdalls and any large items will fit in the cupboard next to the boiler at the back door of the caravan for convenient storing (Will take atleast 2 rod holdalls).
  • No pets ( This is in respect to any customers that may have pet allergies).
  • No smoking allowed in the caravan.

Payment Terms & Booking Conditions

DEPOSIT

  • A deposit of £50 per booked week will be required within 7 working days of you booking your holiday.
    Full payment is to be made a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
  • If you cancel your holiday with less than 2 weeks to the start date then no money is refunded.
  • Payment is to be sent by:
  • Cheque,
  • Cash (Recorded Delivery),
  • Postal Order (Recorded Delivery)
  • PayPal can be arranged aswell, Payment by paypal must be sent as a personal payment otherwise a 4% charge will be made for fees incurred (by selecting personal payment there will be no fees charged, Paypal address for payment is kw.thornton@ntlworld.com)
  • Please make all cheques payable to Mrs S A Thornton.
  • Address details will be given upon booking.
