Our caravan is a 36 x 12 ABI Arizona, 2006, Luxury Superior Plus. We have owned the caravan from new and it is always maintained on a regular basis.
The caravan has 1 master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, hair dryer, straighteners and an oil filled radiator. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds in each, wardrobes and oil filled radiators. The lounge area also has a pull out double bed under the seating area. The caravan is also fully equiped with mod cons such as toilet, shower, gas fire, gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, smoke alarm, colour TV, video and DVD combi + Freeview.
The lounge area is very spacious with enough seating for everyone, and with fitted net curtains all round, your privacy is assured. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided along with pots and pans. Outside there is enough parking space for 2 cars plus patio area at the front of the van
Gas and electric are included in the price so there is no extra to pay. Pillows and quilts are provided. However, you will need to provide your own linen, sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers, towels and tea towels (etc). If you wish you can hire your bed linen from reception on your arrival for a small fee and a small deposit.

Bookings require a £75 deposit, which will be returned to you after caravan inspection (usually with in 3 days after your departure).
Please note that restrictions apply, no under 25s and no same sex groups allowed. Families with children and responsible adults only. This is our policy.
Payment for your holiday can be made either by cheque, postal order, or paying in slip at your request.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.
And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
