This Arizona 8 berth 2007 private caravan is set in a rural Cornish countryside, approximately 3 miles from Newquay town centre. This family park is run by Parkdean and has ample facilities for those who do not wish to leave the site and yet a short drive/ bus/ taxi ride to many beaches and local attractions. It is close enough to the bustling night life of Newquay for the young at heart but far enough for those of you who enjoy peace and tranquility.

Our caravan is set on flat land at the top of a fairly steep hill we recommend driving up the hill, but if you prefer to take a leisurely stroll it’s not too far. Our caravan has double glazing and central heating it has 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin, we also have a travel cot and bed bumper for the young ones, it has a good size kitchen full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, liquidiser and a George Foreman grilling machine. The living room/ dining room has ample seating for 8 people it has a dining table with a additional stools, there is a large TV, Freeview and DVD player with DVD’s to watch, there are board games and children books for them to read, in the living room there is another double pull out bed. We supply all the bedding for all beds there are protectors for the pillows and mattress, the caravan is also alarmed.

Outside to the back of the caravan there is a shed with outside games and body boards for the beach, there is also a plot of land between us and the other caravan where you can put up the garden table/chairs with parasol and we have a gas BBQ for you to use any time you wish. There is also a parking bay to the front of the caravan.

There is entertainment laid on every night for the children - tree top grove featuring Maxi, Mulit and Milli and a star cabaret for the adults. The park has a play area for the children and 3 heated outdoor swimming pools with a water slide going into one. There is an amusement arcade, yankee pool room, soft ball area wi-fi in designated areas, assault course, mini golf, nature trail (some activities are only available in school holidays).
