SPECIAL FEATURES: Double glazed throughout and with it's own private parking space and patio area. There is also a lovely decking area to the front of the caravan with tables and chairs for outside dining (outside lighting).

It's a lovely child-friendly PVC decking area at the front with lights.(with lockable gate).

The large settee in the lounge also pulls out to make a double bed. In the lounge is a nice gas fire and a spacious, comfortable seating area for the whole family. There is a colour tv, video, dvd player and freeview to enjoy.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including oven,hob,grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Plenty of worktops and cupboard space. Dining room table chairs/ seating located as part of the open plan lay-out.

Fully fitted bathroom with a large double power shower cubicle, hand-wash basin and seperate toilet. Cabinet and heated towel rail.

The oven, fire and hot water is all supplied via mains gas. The electricity, water and sewage are connected to mains. All utilities and club facility passes are included in the price, when paying for a full week. Passes can be purchased in reception also.
