ACCOMMODATION
Three bedrooms, one double, two twins & pull out bed in the lounge. Double glazed, central heating & gas fire in lounge. Very spacious & comfortable. All the mod cons you would have at home, fridge/ freezer, microwave, gas cooker, steak griller, toaster, iron/ironing board , all you need around the kitchen. LCD flat screen TV with DVD & digibox . TWO lockable tackle cabinets are outside as no fishing tackle or bait is allowed in the caravan. Patio furniture to use on the grass area around the caravan . We have put bird feeders in the hedge row which attract lots of birds that can be identified with the bird watching reference supplied in the caravan. There is a large grass play area to the front with eliphant slide & swings. Just a few yards away are ornamental & stock ponds where the fish compete with the ducks for as much bread as you can throw in.

FISHING ON THE PARK.
The fishing is some of the best in the country, 13 beautiful lakes, five match lakes where 100lbs plus weights are common. Two top class specimen lakes with lots of Carp over 20lbs up to 30lbs. CATFISH TO 68lbs12oz, with several over 50lbs & lots of back up doubles. The others are pleasure lakes where you can relax, picnic & catch lots of fish what ever your skill level. There are also another two lakes off site including Bolingy which is one of the most prolific carp waters in the country, it would be a challenge to use bait & blank. Truly, an all round fisherman's paradise .Fishing passes are £23 per week from the tackle shop.

£50 to £100 deposit within 7 days of booking. Balance due 1 month before holiday.
Terms & Conditions
1. A £50-£100 non-returnable deposit is due for each week booked.
2. Full payment is due one month prior to your holiday. This is non-refundable and should be covered by your own holiday insurance. Cheques to be made payable to A. Phillips
3. Gas and electric is included within you holiday cost.
4. All park rules as laid down by Parkdean must be adhered to.
5. Leisure and fishing passes are optional and can be obtained at the park.
6. Registration forms must be handed to reception on arrival to obtain keys.
7. Any damage or breakages must be paid for before your departure.
8. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but linen can be supplied by the park at an extra cost. Please request when making your booking.
9. You are required to thoroughly clean the caravan and equipment at the end of your stay . This can be done by the park cleaners at an extra cost if required. Please request when making your booking.
10. No pets, no smoking, no fishing tackle or bait allowed in the caravan.
11. Please remove boots and shoes at the door before entering the caravan.
12. Please vacate by 11.00am and return keys to reception for next guest
