PARKING BESIDE CARAVAN

Situated very close to lakes , tackle shop & First Bite cafe. The view from the lounge is over an open grass play area to Jenny's lake. Beautiful  luxury 2 bed, 6 berth, d/glazed, central heated holiday home with large veranda. Perfectly located as close to the lakes as you can be.

  ACCOMMODATION

Two bedrooms, one double with KING size bed & en-suit, one twin & pull out bed in the lounge. Double glazed, central heating & gas fire in lounge.  Very spacious & comfortable. Large bathroom with sit down shower.  All the mod cons you would have at home, full size fridge & freezer, microwave, gas cooker with hood, steak griller, toaster,steamer, smoother maker,  iron/ironing board , all you need around the kitchen. LCD flat screen TV with DVD , sky box & cable tv . Big metal lockable tackle cabinet  outside as no fishing tackle or bait is allowed in the caravan.  Large veranda with patio furniture, bench & swing seat.  We have put bird feeders in the hedge row which attract lots of birds that can be identified with the bird watching reference supplied in the caravan. There is a large grass play area to the front with room for games.

Club house with excellent live entertainment (club & entertainment passes are £7.50 to £8.50,childrens clubs, two bars, restaurant, cafe, chip shop, mini market, laundry, amusement arcade, kids clubs, swimming pool, ten pin bowling, pool room, crazy golf, recreation field, gym, beauty parlor,solarium, acres of woodland & lake side walks with lots of wildlife especially birds that seem almost tame. & lots more . Close to beaches, surfing, shops & many attractions including the Eden project, Nequay zoo, Bluereef, Crealy park, Holywell bay, Waterworld & many more..

FISHING ON THE PARK.

The fishing is some of the best in the country, 13 beautiful lakes, five match lakes where 100lbs plus weights are common. Two top class specimen lakes with lots of Carp over 20lbs up to 32lbs. CATFISH TO 72lbs, with several over 50lbs & lots of back up doubles. 

At least 3 matches held every week with money & prizes to be won.

The others are pleasure/match lakes where you can relax, picnic & catch lots of fish what ever your skill level. There are also another two lakes off site including Bolingy which is one of the most prolific carp waters in the country, it would be a challenge to use bait & blank. Truly, an all round fisherman's paradise .Fishing passes are £30 or £15 for OAP & juniors. Family tickets from £40 ,all  per week from the tackle shop.
