LAKE VIEW OVER JENNY'S LAKE

PARKING BESIDE CARAVAN.

Luxury well equipped caravan with all mod cons. Very close to fishing lakes with a lake view from the lounge & verandah. Patio furniture so you can sit drinking wine whilst watching fish leap just  10 yards away,birds in the hedge & the sun setting.

  ACCOMMODATION

Three bedrooms, one double, two twins & pull out bed in the lounge. Double glazed, central heating & gas fire in lounge. Very spacious & comfortable. All the mod cons you would have at home, big fridge/ freezer, microwave, gas cooker, steak griller, toaster, iron/ironing board & all need around the kitchen. 26" LCD flat screen TV with Free view & DVD . TWO lockable tackle cabinets are outside as no fishing tackle or bait is allowed in the caravan. Veranda and patio furniture where you dine or sip wine whilst looking out over the lake. We have put bird feeders in the hedge row which attract lots of birds that can be identified with the bird watching reference supplied in the caravan. The veranda is only accessible from the lounge so if you have young children it acts as a big outside play pen that they cant get out of , so mum can have a stress free chill out.

Club house with excellent live entertainment (club & entertainment passes are (£7.0to £8.0), childrens clubs, two bars, restaurant, cafe, chip shop, mini market, laundry, amusement arcade, kids clubs, swimming pool, ten pin bowling, pool room,crazy golf, recreation field, gym, beauty parlour,solairum, acres of woodland & lake side walks with lots of wildlife especially birds that seem almost tame & lots more .Close to beaches, surfing, shops & many attractions including the Eden project, Nequay zoo, Bluereef, Crealy park, Holywell bay, Waterworld & many more.

FISHING ON THE PARK.

The fishing is some of the best in the country, 13 beautiful lakes, five match lakes where 100lbs plus weights are common. Two top class specimen lakes with lots of Carp over 20lbs up to 30lbs. CATFISH TO 72lbs, with several over 55lbs & lots of back up doubles. The others are pleasure lakes where you can relax, picnic & catch lots of fish what ever your skill level. There are also another two lakes off site including Bolingy which is one of the most prolific carp waters in the country, it would be a challenge to use bait & blank. Truly, an all round fisherman's paradise .Fishing passes are £30 per week from the tackle shop.

EXTRA 5% DISCOUNT IF YOU ARE OVER 60 OR IF YOU BOOK TWO WEEKS

 Deposit within 7 days of booking:- £100 for peak weeks or £50 for low cost weeks. Balance due one month before holiday.

You may bring your own bed linnen or it can be supplied for £20 if required.

 We ask that you thoroughly clean at the end of your stay, or cleaning can be arranged for £25.

Terms & Conditions

1. A £50-£100 non-returnable deposit is due for each week booked.

2. Full payment is due one month prior to your holiday. This is

non-refundable and should be covered by your own holiday insurance. Cheques to be made payable to A. Phillips

3. Gas and electric is included within you holiday cost.

4. All park rules as laid down by Parkdean must be adhered to.

5. Leisure and fishing passes are optional and can be obtained at the park.

6. Registration forms must be handed to reception on arrival to obtain keys.

7. Any damage or breakages must be paid for before your departure.

8. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but linen can be supplied at an extra cost. Please request when making your booking.

9. You are required to thoroughly clean the caravan and equipment at the end of your stay . This can be done by contract cleaners at an extra cost if required. Please request when making your booking.

10. No pets, no smoking, no fishing tackle or bait allowed in the caravan.

11. Please remove boots and shoes at the door before entering the caravan.

12. Please vacate by 10.00am and return keys to reception for next guest

12. This is our private holiday home, please respect it and treat as your own.

13 Any issues during your stay can be resolved by contacting reception.
