This beautiful, spacious, well maintained caravan has three bedrooms and a bright open-plan living / dining area. It is positioned on a generously sized plot situated with ample parking adjacent to it.

Beachcomber entertainment centre is host to many popular acts and tribute bands all year round and there is cabaret, bingo and discos in the clubrooms, The outdoor swimming pool is very popular, weather permitting. There is also a launderette on site.

The caravan is perfectly situated for all Beachcomber amenities,on a quiet side road, safe for children to play, with no through traffic but yet close to the site ammenities. Cleethorpes Beach and tourist attractions are close by and Pleasure Island is just across the road. 

The caravan is in excellent condition and consists of:

Kitchen - Fully equipped including: full size gas cooker , microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, crockery etc. Cleaning materials/ wash up cloths/ ironing board etc are also provided for your convenience.

Lounge - Relaxing wrap-around settee, with easy to  pull out double bed, coffee table, gas fire, additional convector heater, TV, DVD, Freeview, CD/radio and a selection of books and games. Smoke and Carbon monoxide alarms are fitted. Comfortable dining area.

Bedroom 1 – Comfortable double divan bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Shaver socket. Immaculate cozy quilts and comfortable pillows are provided.

Bedroom 2 – Two single beds with  cozy quilts and comfortable pillows, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and shelves/cupboards.
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds with  cozy quilts and pillows, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and shelves/cupboards.

Bathroom - there is a separate wc with handwashing facilities. The bathroom has a sink and large power shower with mirror / shelves / storage cupboards.

There is also an outside seating area with table and chairs.

NOTE: ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MAY BE PURCHASED FROM THE PARK ON ARRIVAL. ALTERNATIVELY, IN MOST CASES, I WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF AND HAVE THEM WAITING FOR YOU ON YOUR ARRIVAL.(price £5 per person per week for adults over the age of 11 in high season and £2 per person per week for low season   dates (as 2011 )}

Payment Terms & Booking Conditions

A 25% deposit is required on booking the caravan and the remainder of the balance is required 2 weeks before set date. Prices are per week, but other dates and short breaks may be available, so please contact us and ask. Duvets, pillows provided. Please bring your own towels and linen. Please ask if you have any other requirements as we can often provide them, eg travel cot etc..

 You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay. Accommodation must be vacated by 10-30am on the day of departure and is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.

Park Information

The Beachcomber Holiday Park is located on the east coast of Cleethorpes and has plenty of facilities for lots of family fun! It has a heated outdoor swimming pool with poolside diner, cafe, fish and chip shop, childrens outdoor play area and an amusement arcade.

The Beachcombers Entertainment Centre is host to many popular acts and tribute bands all year round, and there is nightly cabaret, bingo and discos in the three clubrooms.

Beyond Beachcombers entrance there are numerous attractions for all ages. Cleethorpes is a traditional British seaside resort with a promenade and stunning Pier, glorious sandy beaches, donkey rides, toffee apples, hot-dogs and candy floss. There is also a boating lake, open-top buses and a light railway. As well as all of those traditional attractions there are also plenty of modern ones, including the Pleasure Island Theme Park, a Bowling Alley, Cinema with nine screens and Laser Quest! For younger children there is Fantasy World – a large children's play area with ball pools, a tumble tower, castle of adventure, magic submarine, free-fall slide, toddlers soft play area, bouncy castle and large cafeteria. Cleethorpes also has a Leisure Centre with large family swimming pool, aqua-glide and waves, the Banana Fitness & Health with gym, spa, sauna, steam room and purpose built aerobic hall. There is also squash, badminton, table tennis and a sportsman's bar and function area.
