Nestled between the historic fishing ports of Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay on the East coast, we are pleased to offer you a luxury self catering holiday homes with picturesque views of the sea.

The Burgundy is a stylish and modern holiday home with open-plan living, the Burgundy offers a comfortable and spacious environment with sea views and a touch of luxury.  The Burgundy benefits from having double glazing and central heating as well as a private parking place next to the caravan for easy access. 

The Burgundy is situated on the quiet five star family-owned Northcliffe holiday park and is ideally located for those seeking either an active holiday or a quiet retreat by the coast. Nestled between the historic fishing ports of Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay on the East coast the site is located 2 miles from Robin Hood's Bay and 3 miles from Whitby and has panoramic views of the sea. The Cleveland Way coastal path runs along the coastline 300 yards away and the National Cycle Trail is just 100 yards away. Nearby beaches are within easy reach along with many other places of interest within the North Yorkshire National Park.
 
The Burgundy has been privately owned since new and is fully equipped and maintained to the highest standard including decking with patio furniture, gas central heating and double glazing to keep you warm along with a gas fire,  LCD television with DVD player, Sky TV freeview channels), microwave, full size gas cooker, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and a selection of board games for those wet days.

All bed linen and fuel/power is also included at no extra charge.

Park Information

Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks are nestled in 40 acres of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park between the historic fishing town of Whitby and the picturesque village of Robin Hoods Bay.

There is direct access from Seaview Holiday Park onto The Cinder Track – formally the Whitby Scarborough railway - and now a designated cycle/footpath and bridleway which takes you directly to Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay. A short stroll will take you to Hawsker village and pub.

Northcliffe Holiday Park is adjacent to Oakham Woods and stream (a SSSI) and with the Cleveland Way coastal footpath bordering the park you can walk along the magnificent Heritage Coast into Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay.

A FABULOUS LOCATION…

Probably one of the best locations on the North Yorkshire Heritage Coast with breath taking sea and countryside views and perfect for exploring the coast, moors and surrounding countryside.

  • There are fabulous walks directly from the parks and leaflets are available from reception showing the network of walks.
  • There is direct access onto The Cleveland Way Coastal footpath from Northcliffe- Whitby 4mls – RHB 3mls.
  • There is direct access onto The Cinder Track from Seaview – Whitby 3mls – RHB 2mls.
  • Only 100m to the local bus stop & 200m to Hawsker Village & Pub from Seaview Holiday Park.
  • The picturesque villages of Goathland (Aidensfield in TV's Heartbeat) and Grosmont (home of the North York Moors Steam Railway) are both approximately 11 miles from the parks.
  • The lively resort of Scarborough is 17mls away.
