The luxurious caravan has been described more like a cottage internally due to the layout.  It contains a separate lounge, kitchen dining area, WC, twin bedroom that is en-suite with shower room and a master suite which is en-suite with a bath.  

LOUNGE:
Contains two free standing sofas, one sofa converts to a bed settee which sleeps two people.  We have provided a 22" Flat screen TV with DVD player and built in freeview installed for your enjoyment.

KITCHEN:
Has undercounter integrated fridge and freezer units, range cook, microwave, kettle, toaster, George Foreman grill unit, expresso coffee maker and is fully equipped as your kitchen at home should be.

DINING AREA:
Adjacent to kitchen has a table which can extend to seat 6 people comfortably.

MASTER BEDROOM: 
Contains an en-suite, has built in wardrobes, storage space under the bed, vanity unit with built in hairdryer next to. You have the option of viewing a tv with freeview in bed from the intergrated unit.  This is a useful item especially if the bed settee is required to be used in the lounge during your stay.

TWIN BEDROOM:
This also is en-suite with a bouble sized shower unit.  The room contains a wardrobe and adequate storage above and below beds.

LINEN & TOWELS:
These are provided for your stay in the caravan and for purpose of usage within the caravan.

HEATING:
The caravan benefits from having a full central heating system with towel rails in both bathrooms.   An electric fire is placed in the living room which creates a cosy atmosphere in the evening.
   The Gas and electricity is included in the price of your hire.

DECKING AREA:
This surrounds 2 sides of the caravan, we have provided a large glass topped outside dining table with ample seating for 6 people, plus a glass topped occasional table and 2 stools to relax and enjoy the magnificent view.  Available to use with the table is a large parasol if required.  Several sun activated night light are positioned around the decking and one electric light outside the main door for ease of your returning to the caravan at night.  The caravan is located in a premium elivated position in the park which has fantastic views which are enjoyed by all owners and guests in this smaller village of Tiree. Due to this being such a popular part of the site I request all guests to follow park rules re noise and keeping to the roads provided to maintain the enjoyment of all.   

PARKING: 
Is ample at the side of the caravan for 2 vehicles with speed restrictions and speed bumps on the newly tarmac covered roads.

POSITION & AMENITIES:
The caravan is in an ideal position and has views across Holy Loch and the surrounding hills from the spacious decking.  The leisure facilities are a short distance from the village Tiree. The location is quiet and less populated than the larger villages of the park, this ensures your stay is more relaxing and stress free.  The majority of time spent by previous guests have been on the exstensive decking or taking advantage of the facilities of the leisure centre.  During the summer season they have special events organised for the family with the emphasis on a family environment which has a card security system which is provided on your arrival.  All swimming passes are available for purchase at extra cost.

The amenities of the site consist of a shop, reception, local bus stop for bused into Dunoon, laundry services available on a service wash basis and several play areas designed with the diferent age groups of children in mind.  Evening entertainment is advertised within the enterance of the leisure facilities and events for the coming week also.  The grounds are all well maintained with several areas layed to lawn containing a football area with 2 goalposts, tennis courts and natural wooded area for exploring.

The facilities are undergoing refurbishment in the closed winter season with new cafe bar included in the plans.  There has already been changes to the bar seating areas which are now more user friendly with great entertainment when its advertised in the centre.

Patio furniture, towels, bedding plus gas and electicity included. Earlier and late arrival and departure can be negotiated with owner.

Booking & Payment Terms

10% reduction per booking for returning guests staying for a week.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required on booking to guarentee the week you require.   Balance and a £50  refundable security/housekeeping deposit  is required to be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay or by negotiation with the owner.   I will provide the entry passes to the leisure centre but the swimming passes are the responsibility of the guests.  The park does run a pass system for usage of the swimming pool which presently runs at approx. 

SHORT BREAK PASS- 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS £7 PER ADULT, £5 PER CHILD.
WEEK PASS-7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS £10 PER ADULT £7 PER CHILD.  These prices are competative in nature compared to other parks.

On receipt of your balance and security/housekeeping deposit I will forward a western ferries family ticket.  The security/housekeeping deposit will be returned by post 1 week after your stay if caravan is left in same condition it is received in.

Park Information
Just two miles north of Dunoon, easily reached by road or ferry, this holiday village offers a superb range of all weather facilities in a magnificent leisure complex.

Located in a charming 'wild Argyll' setting beside the Holy Loch and the Firth of Clyde, you are surrounded by beautiful glens offering a rich variety of walks and wildlife. This is an ideal centre for touring with Oban, Inveraray, Rothesay and the wonderful Scottish Lochs all within easy reach. As well as its indoor pool and sports facilities, the leisure complex has a bar and a lounge area where you can meet new friends and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. (*Charges apply for a Leisure Pass). Locally, there are three golf courses, pony trekking, walking in the Argyll Forest, hill climbing, fishing and watersports.
