This luxurious caravan has been described as more like a cottage internally due to the layout.  The layout contains of a separate lounge, kitchen dining area, WC, twin bedroom that is en-suite with shower room and a master suite which is en-suite with a bathroom which does contain a bath. 

LOUNGE:
Has 2 sofas of which one is a bed settee, 24" wide screen TV with DVD player, 11 sky channels automatically piped into the TV.

KITCHEN:
Has undercounter integrated fridge and freezer units, range cook, microwave, kettle, toaster, George Foreman grill unit and is fully equipped as your kitchen at home should be.

DINING AREA:
Adjacent to kitchen has a table which can extend to seat 6 people comfortably.

BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms are en-suite, have built in wardrobes, storage space under beds plus all linen and towels provided for use in caravan.  The master has a TV and built in hairdryer close to the vanity unit.

HEATING:
The caravan benefits from having a full central heating system with towel rails in both bathrooms.  There is an electric fire in the living room which gives a cosy atmosphere of an evening in the lounge area.
All Gas and electricity is included in the price of your hire, which means no bottles or card meters for you to worry about.

DECKING AREA:
This surrounds 2 sides of the caravan, we have provided a large glass topped outside dining table with ample seating for 6 people, plus a glass topped occasional table and 2 stools to relax and enjoy the magnificent view.  There is a large parasol available if required.  A night light is positioned outside the main door and we have positioned sun powered night lights around the decking. 

PARKING:
There is ample parking for 2 vehicles at the side of the caravan.

POSITION:
The caravan is in an ideal position and has views across Holy Loch from the spacious decking.
