Royal Litham St Annes Golf Club is only 18  ..mins & 6 miles away.

     There is also entertainment, Cafe, Bars, Shop, etc . on this Haven 5* .. Holiday Park, which there are main superstores, including Tesco Superstore and Asda,which are open 24hours for your convenience, McDonalds, KFC & Pizza Hut all within 1/2 mile of the park. Blackpool itself is 3 miles away  too.                                                                     

Bedrooms

The caravans have 3 bedrooms. One double and 2 twins. Double bedroom has flat screen tv with Freeview so you can watch your favourite tv while tucked up. All have duvets and pillows (Linen is provided £10 per bedroom charge).Travel Cot (Bring own Babies Bedding)  available at £5/wk - please ask if required

Toilets and Facilities
Unlike camping no trek to the nearest shower block as there is one flushing toilets within your caravan. It also contains 2 small wash basins and 1 large shower where you can freshen up (Towels are not provided).

Lounge and dining area
The lounge is an open plan living space with a dining area situated to one side. The rooms are bright and airy due to the surrounding windows within. There is a large seating area which can also be  easily converted to a double sofa bed at night if need be. It has a 32" flat screen television with freeview and DVD player, plus an open flame gas fire to create that home from home atmosphere if you decide to stop in and chill out,maybe playing a number of board games which are provided for your pleasure.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is a fully fitted modern kitchen complete with:
• Full size gas cooker with a double oven and grill.
• Microwave oven.
• Kettle.
• Toaster
• Under counter fridge with freezer box.
• Cutlery, Cups and Dinner set for 8 people.
• Pots and Pans.

Heating
The caravans are fully heated throughout all the rooms plus there is an open flame gas fire in the lounge. (gas and electricity is free)

Parking
We have allocated spaces alongside our caravans so you can park your vehicle alongside your caravan so easy access for moving in and out.

Extras

A Playstation 2 with the Buzz game with 4 handsets are supplied for your enjoyment.
We also include a full sized ironing board and iron. Cleaning products to maintain the caravans (we kindly ask that you leave them as you found them)
A table and 4 chairs are provided,with BBQ should you want to dine outside.
We have decorated the caravan to a high standard for your pleasure so would ask you to please respect it and treat it as you would your home.

The caravan is situated 1 minutes walk from entertainment facilities and Mere.

There is a decent pub  The  Plough Inn, around the corner,serving lovely meals at  cheap prices from £3.50– the Ale is good too.
