Milano is a 40 x 12 ft luxury holiday home with a large attached fully enclosed veranda for relaxed al fresco dining. It is located in a quiet area of the site on a raised pitch giving panoramic views. There is a grass area to the side along with BBQ and parking areas. All facilities including reception, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, crazy golf and shop are within a 5 minute walk.
Milano is finished to an exceptionally high standard and can sleep up to six people. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite WC and hand basin, large fitted wardrobes, LCD TV with Freeview and Blu-Ray DVD player; the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, full-length wardrobe and dressing mirror. There is also a double bed within the pull out settee in the lounge.
The modern bathroom includes a large glass doored shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
The lounge is fully equipped with colour LCD TV with built in freeview, Blu-ray DVD player and Bose speakers for ipods. There is a free standing sofa-bed, two arm chairs, coffee table and a remote controlled electric fire.
The dining area has an extendable table and four chairs (there is a fifth chair in the main bedroom).
The kitchen is a particularly nice feature. It is modern and fully equipped with: gas cooker with a 5-ring gas hob, oven and separate grill; full-size fridge freezer; slim-line dishwasher and microwave.
Milano has full central heating and is double glazed throughout making it an excellent all year round holiday home.
The verandah has outside lighting and outdoor furniture is provided including table, four chairs and BBQ.
Duvets & pillows are supplied with clean linen, towels & tea towels available.
Unlimited hot water provided by a combi boiler, gas & electricity included in rental price.
£450 - £695 per week (peak season) reduced rate in low season

The Holiday home is in Shorefield Country Park, (http://www.shorefield.co.uk) a fantastic 5 star Holiday Park in Hampshire, set in 100 acres of delightful landscaped gardens.
On site there is a well stocked shop, laundry room, bar, restaurants, hairdressers, outdoor play areas, indoor & outdoor pools (outdoor pool open during summer holidays only), leisure complex with gym and spa, football pitch, tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis. A fee is payable for hire of equipment and use of pool, spa and gym. All of which can be booked at reception. Temporary membership of the Shorefield Leisure Club, to enable you to use all the facilities, is available. The cost is £38.60 for the week for a family of 2 adults and up to 4 children (5-21 yrs old). Under 5's are free. There is also a childrens club which runs throughout peak times for 7-11 year olds
Shorefield Country Park is a great base to explore the New Forest and surrounding area The Isle of Wight is not far away and can be reached by ferry from Lymington which is just a few miles away. The coast is approx 1 mile away, and The New Forest is on your doorstep, where you can take a walk, hire a cycle, or just take a leisurely drive.
The sea is just a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the caravan. It is a 10 minute drive into the New Forest. 30 minutes to Southampton and Bournemouth and many other lovely places. Isle of Wight by ferry from Lymington which is 10 minutes drive.The area could not be better with the coast only a short drive away, but also close to the many acres of the New Forest to enjoy walking and cycle rides through this lovely area of the South of England. You will find a folder in the mobile home giving full details of restaurants and places to visit along with local maps and cycle routes.
