Large Caravan, excellent condition on 5 star lovely well maintained family run site.( Look at the Hoseseasons website for all amenities and facilities.) The site has launderette with irons and ironing boards. Passes bought on site either £5 adult £2.50 child for the day or £15 adult £8 child for the week These could be slightly more for 2012. Caravan site is 5 mins drive from seafront. Butlins for the day peak season £80 or £55 off season for a family of 4. You can also pick up a brochure in reception with a 25% discount for Butlins.

There is a freezer in the outside shed. Please request highchair,travel cot, and bed bar if required. Rotary washing line, sun loungers, wind breaks and BBQ are also provided.

Caravan available from 3pm onwards on day of arrival,and vacated by 11am on day of departure. It is up to guests to provide their own travel insurance if deemed necessary.

WHEN BOOKING, A £50 CHEQUE DEPOSIT (ADDRESS SUPPLIED WHEN CONFIRMING)  IS REQUIRED FOR EACH WEEK BOOKED, NON-REFUNDABLE AND THE REMAINDER PAID 4 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY.TOGETHER WITH AN ADDITIONAL £50 CHEQUE TO BE SENT, TO COVER ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH MAY BE CAUSED. WHICH IS RETURNED TO YOU ON DEPARTURE IF ALL OK. IF A LATE BOOKING IS MADE, PAYMENT IN FULL. TAKING BOOKINGS FOR NEXT YEAR, GET IN EARLY.
