A beautifully presented 3 bed (one double room, two twin rooms and a double pull out in the lounge area), 8 berth static caravan, sited on one of the premier static caravan sites in Devon.
The caravan is double glazed with central heating (for those cool nights) and intergrated fridge freezer.It has been maintained to a very high standard and is smoke free.
Sited within 1 minute walking distance to the swimming pool that boasts a gymnasium, bubble pool and sauna and 3 minute walk from the club house, restaurant, cafe and private beach. The caravan is in an elevated position with sea views but access to the caravan is pretty flat with a couple of steps to the door.
Happy to accept small well behaved dogs.
If availability permits this caravan can be booked out for weekends only in low season (outside of school holidays)

The caravan has just been taken on for rental so there are many dates available, Even the summer holidays.

Bookings will be taken over the phone and confirmed by return e mail.
A deposit of £100 will be required within 72 hours to secure the dates booked. This deposit is non refundable.
A weekly rental will usually be from 3pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. A weekend rental will usually be from 3pm Friday to 10am Monday. Other configurations are available upon request and availabilty.
The booking fee does not cover the costs of club house passes....usually £10 per person.
