Dining Area:  Table with 4 Chairs within the open plan living space. 

Master Bedroom: En-suite, Comfortable double bed, plenty of wardrobes, storage and bedside units. The bed will be made up for your arrival. 

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds, Wardrobe, bedside unit, storage overhead. Beds made up ready for arrival. 

Sofa bed: Folds out into a double bed. Bedding is provided. 

Bathroom: Full Shower, Hand basin & Toilet with vanity unit. 

Outside: Full length, gated veranda leading to a lawned area. 

Small dogs are permitted upon request for a small charge.

About Highfields and The Haven Holiday Park

Highfields and the Havens is situated in the heart of Skegness, only a short walk from the beach. It is a well maintained, secure holiday park with parking outside of the caravan for up to 2 cars.

Within a 2 minute walk, just across the road, there is Aldi, Jolleyes, B&M, Marks and Spencers. There is also a Marston’s family-friendly pub (The Twelve Oars) which serves food all day.

Highfields and the Haven is a quiet, family orientated site and although there isn't a club room on site, there are many family entertainment centres very close by, offering a range of daytime and evening entertainment. Why not check out Suncastle? It offers live family entertainment, excellent home cooked food, 3 stories of soft play, a giant beer garden and is right on the seafront and a short stroll back to your home from home. 

A £75 refundable deposit is required before your booking will be confirmed, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay as well as to secure your holiday. This will be refunded within one week of departure following a successful inspection.

You may check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am. Full arrival information will be provided 1 week prior to the start of your stay

Highfields and the Haven is perfectly located near to the beach, town and all the local amenities that Skegness has to offer. The site is ideal for non-drivers as the sea front is only a six minute walk.

There is a new retail park that opened in 2018 just opposite the park which incorporates an Aldi, Jolleyes, B&M, Marks and Spencers. There is also a Marston’s Pub (The Twelve Oars) which will be serving food all day.
