THE LIVING AREA

The area has a L shaped seating area with a coffee table.

TV with free view channels and DVD player.

The area has a radiator and electric fire.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has a free standing table and 4 chairs.

Along with a radiator.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The Shaker style kitchen has a 4 burner hob, grill and oven. Fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster available for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is the width of the caravan. With bedside cabinets, sockets with USB points to charge your phone etc.

This room is heated with a radiator.

With plenty of storage space including wardrobe and shelves. Dressing table with socket.

TWIN BEDROOM

The bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside cabinet. Wardrobe, a mirror with a shelf. Under the shelf is a radiator. Sockets with USB ports to charge your phones etc.

THE BATHROOM

The first of the bathrooms is en suite to the master bedroom. With a bath, wash basin, toilet, mirrored bathroom cabinet and heated towel rail.

THE BATHROOM

The 2nd bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. Along with a mirror bathroom cabinet and heated towel rail.

The Decking Area

Leading out from the living area and to the front of the caravan is a decked area which is enclosed, with a table and chairs.

 HEATING

The caravan has a gas fire and oil filled heater in the living area and electric blown heating in the bedrooms.

Both bathroom and toilet have heated rails.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is a gravel driveway, with parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

Both our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting)

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

No pets,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 25 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

Please note the caravans we hire at West Bay are strictly NO PETS ALLOWED (in the Arizona 3 bed, Torino 3 bed, Darwin 2 bed, Westmorland 2 bed. Granada 2 bed and Roselle 3 bed caravans) and NO SMOKING PERMITTED WITHIN ALL THE CARAVANS. Ashtrays are provided for outside use only.

2 dogs are permitted in the Carlton 3 bed, 6 berth caravan Capri 2 bed 4/6 berth. £30 for the 1st dog, half price for the 2nd

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

 On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

 Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £13.00, per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay and not per night for up to a 7 night stay.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
