Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon (Ref.109030)

Devon Cliffs is a 5* Holiday Resort set in the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site, the park is situated on the cliff-top with a lovely sandy beach below.

Our caravan is  privately owned and very special to us and we would like to share this spacious holiday home with wonderful sea view and a patio area beside the caravan with a patio table and chairs. 

The side door to the caravan takes you into the kitchen which is well equipped, full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and undercouter fridge with freezer compartment. This leads to an open plan lounge dining area with fixed seating area which also has a sea view.  The spacious lounge has plenty of seating and a 43" colour TV/DVD player and an electric fire.  Our holiday home is double galzed and has central heating througout.

The holiday home offers 3 bedrooms - one double and 2 twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and central heating. All beds will have mattress protectors, pillows and duvets (Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases as these are not provided within the hire).

Our holiday home is located on Damson Green number 44. Please see the park map by clicking on this link https://haven.ssl.cdn.sdlmedia.com/15150.pdf.  Parking is a short walk away from the caravan, which means immediately outside the holiday home offers a safe space for children to play.

There is a £150 non refundable deposit per week and a refundable damages deposit of £150 payable at the time of booking to confirm the accomodation.  The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday commences please. Entertainment passes are NOT included in our price but are available at an extra cost through Devon Cliffs subject to COVID-19 and Haven restrictions.

If at the time of booking is less than 8 weeks payment will need to be paid in full to confirm your booking.

Once we have received full payment for the holiday the information on the collection of keys will be emailed out to you. 

Keys can be collected at 2pm on the day of arrival and you will need to vacate the caravan by 10 am on the day of departure.  We hire Saturaday to Saturday.

Payment accepted by bank transfer.  Our bank details will be provided to you via email.

When booking please include all details of  adults and children who will be staying, we have a non smoking and no pets policy.  Haven have currently a new booking/registration system in place due to COVID-19 and I will have to register you and then Haven will email you with your car pass and the rules and regulations whilst we still have restrictions in place issued by the Government.

Please leave our holiday home as you would like to find it, if you have any breakages during your stay please give us a call then we can replace the item and our next guests will have full inventory.  Charges for damages are at our discretion.

A Holiday Park located in a remarkable Devon setting...

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
