A 10 minute stroll from the caravan park you will find Dawlish Warrens "Blue Flag" beach backed by sand dues and small lakes, the world acclaimed National Nature Reserve.The Warren beach stretches for miles to reach the Exe esturay in one direction and Dawlish town to the other.

Honiton's Circular Route, Honiton (18.4 miles away)

This circular 11 mile route straddles the border between Devon and Somerset, through the relatively unspoilt and forgotten landscape of the Blackdown Hills. Lots of wildlife and places of historical interest to see on the way.

Haldon Forest Park, Exeter (6.7 miles away)

Fun for all the family on an extensive network of traffic free trails. Choose from the many walking trails or cycle on the family and adventure cycle trails to challenge yourself on the freer ride, mountain bike areas.

A great sandy beach with easy access. Safe and sheltered, the beach rests between rock headlands and the long promenade with its colourful beach huts provides a level walk to both ends of the beach.

Elberry Cove, Torquay (9.6 miles away)

Beautiful clear waters in an idyllic setting make Elberry Cove a lovely place to visit. Visitors can reach the shingle beach on a footpath from nearby Broadsands.

Goodrington Sands, Paignton (12.7 miles away)

Recommended by the Good Beach Guide, this award winning sandy beach has rock pools to keep children of all ages entertained. It's also a good beach for swimming, and there is easy access for all as well as ample parking.

Full payment including a £75 refundable damage deposit is due 30 days before arrival. (Damage deposit returned once caravan has been checked and cleaned, normally within the same day)

Dogs are charged at £24.50 per week, 4 days £14 and 3 days £10.50. Maximum 2 small dogs or 1 large dog.

Passes ARE NOT included, these can be bought at reception for £6.50 per person and under 3s free.
