BRAND NEW ABI AMBLESIDE, PLATINUM LEVEL STATIC CARAVAN WITH DECKING
Stunning, luxurious brand new static caravan with decking and private parking situated on Osprey 6, a cul de sac on one of the nicest areas of the site.
Master bedroom, King bed with ensuite, 1 twin room with 2 full size single beds. TVs in both rooms.
Double glazed, central heating, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio furniture. Own parking space, patio and grassed areas.
NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO GROUPS
Self check in any time after 3pm, arrival details will be provided. Check out by 10am on departure day. Quilts, pillows, protectors, tea towel, oven glove are provided. Bed linen and towels are also supplied for £30 extra.
Basics like tea,coffee, sugar, toiletries are provided.
A DAMAGES BOND OF £300 IS REQUIRED WITH EVERY BOOKING, TO BE PAID BY BANK TRANSFER 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, WILL BE REFUNDED ON DEPARTURE DAY AFTER CLEANING.
Kiln Park facilities include Indoor and Outdoor pools (seasonal) shop, restaurant, arcade, outdoor play, chip shop etc. Passes are not included and will need to be purchased from reception.
Tenby is only a 5 min car journey, or 20 min walk. 5 minute walk to the stunning South Beach. Brilliant central location for lots of family attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, Dinosaur Park, Castles and the Coastal paths.
