Double glazed, central heating, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle. Patio furniture. Own parking space, patio and grassed areas.

Self check in any time after 3pm, arrival details will be provided. Check out by 10am on departure day. Quilts, pillows, protectors, tea towel, oven glove are provided. Bed linen and towels are £30 extra.
Basics like tea,coffee, sugar are provided.
A DAMAGES BOND OF £100 IS REQUIRED WITH EVERY BOOKING, TO BE PAID BY BANK TRANSFER 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, WILL BE REFUNDED ON DEPARTURE DAY AFTER CLEANING.
Kiln Park facilities include Indoor and Outdoor pools (seasonal) shop, restaurant, arcade, outdoor play, chip shop etc. Passes are not included and will need to be purchased from reception.
Tenby is only a 5 min car journey, or 20 min walk. 5 minute walk to the stunning South Beach. Brilliant central location for lots of family attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, Dinosaur Park, Castles and the Coastal paths.
