Pet friendly 2 bedroom caravan with large decking area.
Situated between popular Newquay and beautiful Perranporth, 7 miles to the centre of Truro and 20 miles from The Eden Project.
Our caravan is sited on a family run 5 star AA site.
The site has a large indoor heated swimming pool, with sun loungers around so you can relax and read, or you can sunbathe out on the sun patio area which is surrounded by glass panels to eliminate the wind. There is also a restaurant,shop,laundrette, games room and a skate board park for the energetic children.
The caravan is surrounded by your own grassed area and you can park next to the caravan. The large decking area has a gate so is safe for children or dogs.
The caravan is well equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stay, including a TV,large leather corner sofa and a breakfast bar.

A £100 non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking and this will secure your required date. This can be done by a bank transfer or a cheque. The remainder is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday commence date. Once this is paid it is non refundable if you cancel, unless your week can be rebooked out.

Newperran is one of the UK’s top-rated holiday parks with modern, clean facilities and countryside views; there’s even a glimpse of the sea in the distance. And it’s not just touring pitches, you can stay in a two or three-bedroom caravans too. These extra wide caravans come with flat screen TVs, full sized cookers, microwaves, fridges, gas fires and shower rooms. All have their own parking space for up to two cars.
This family-friendly and five-star park near Newquay now has a heated indoor pool, with a separate heated children’s pool so that small splashers don’t get squashed. There’s an outdoor sunbathing terrace too, at reception you’ll find the basics for sale, there’s an adventure playground with separate toddles area, a skatepark and a big games room with video games and pool tables. The Cottage Inn restaurant is open during the school holidays for meals and there is entertainment here too.
Newperran is a spacious site, in an elevated position over the Cornish countryside. Its tranquil location offers the perfect respite from the vibrant beaches of Newquay. But you can easily drive to one of the many beautiful coves in the area within 10 minutes.

Minack open-air theatre at Porthcurno has performances throughout the summer and the Tate Gallery at St Ives has frequently changing exhibitions.
The beautiful old Cathedral city of Truro is well worth a visit and is 15 mins by car.
