Lovely light and airy caravan in a prime location with the best views of Torbay. There is central heating and double glazing for all year round use.
We have 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and the other with twin beds, also a sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom has ensuite wc and the main bathroom has a large shower wc and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, gas hob and oven and microwave oven. Outside there is a decked verandah and a small garden area with outdoor furniture. We are at the top of the hill but have level access from the car park which is only a few feet away.
Waterside park is perfectly located for easy access to all the popular attractions in the area and is served by public transport to Torquay, Brixham and Dartmouth. The Dartmouth steam train runs along the bottom of the hill several times a day and there is access to the coastal path and beaches.
