Lounge - Sofa (fold out double bed)  fixed seating, TV (with freeview), DVD player with selection of DVD’s, gas coal effect fire, coffee table.  The lounge looks out to stunning sea views and perfect sunsets that melt your heart. 

Kitchen - gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Sink and selection of cupboards - stocked with basic cooking essentials: crockery, cutlery, pans etc

Dining area - Table with fixed bench with two stools. Door leads out to patio terrace with private car park space. 

Master bedroom - double bed, fitted double wardrobes with drawer storage, small cupboard with mirror above with t.v. and a double socket for hairdryer, bedside tables with bedside lamps.

2nd bedroom - 2 x single beds, single wardrobe and overbed cupboards, bedside cabinet with lamp.

Hallway - acess tp bedrooms and bathroom and wall mounted coat rack

Bathroom - large shower (with seat), toilet and sink.

Outside Patio area - kitchen door leads out to terrace area where you can relax and take in your perfect caravan holiday. Private parking bay for 1 vehicle - however on site parking areas close to the van should you require further parking. 

Wifi is available on the site, payable via site owners. Good coverage in caravan and normally good '4G' on O2 (not tested fully)

Please be aware that due to the elevated position of the static caravan, access is via steps (see photos) 

Check in is from 3pm and check out by 10am. Entry to caravan via key safe and key.

Deposit: £50 (none refundable) to secure booking: Balance to be received 6 weeks before date of arrival.

Price includes VAT and all gas and electric.

Please add at time of payment of balance £50 house keeping retainer - refundable within 7 days of inspection of property and on the condition that no specialist cleaning is required and key is left in key safe.

Clean Bed linen supplied - if not required please advise, as we understand sometimes you just want your own.
