Welcome to "Sunny" our privatley owned 2 bedroom static caravan.

Bed 1 has a proper double bed, with fitted wardrobes, drawers and overhead cupboard space. Ensuite toilet and basin. Hair Dryer and straighteners.

Bed 2 has 2 single beds, which can be clipped together to make a double, fitted wardrobe and drawers and overhead storage.

Bathroom has enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Kitchen-Diner has a full size cooker with 4 gas rings, gas oven and grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Crockery and cooking utensils and pans are supplied. Free standing table with 4 chairs. A small supply of tea coffee and sugar to get you started. A pint of milk in the fridge. 

Lounge has a leather 3 seater sofa and a single chair, freeview tv, electric fire, board games.

Outside there is gated decking to the front and side. With table and chairs and parasol.

Bed Linen and towels are supplied. Bring your own beach and swimming towels.

Maximum of 2 small well behaved small dogs. Do not leave dogs unattended at any time. Please bring pets own bedding, towels and bowls.

A concrete hard standing for 2 cars.

We can offer 3 - 4 - 7 night stays. Minimum stay is 3 nights. 

About manor park holiday park- Entertainment passes are currently

£9.95 each per adult

£6.95 each per adult.

They are not included in your booking. These are payable at reception on site. If you do not want to use the swimming pool or go to the evening entertainment, you will not need to buy the passes. We take no responsibility if you are unable to use the facilities.

You are only a short 10 min walk away from the coast, making the lovely sandy beach the best facility of all. The sunsets here are amazing, due to being a westerly facing east coast. With a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, you can make a splash come rain or shine. The little ones will love the bright lights and sounds of the amusement arcade, while the adventure playground offers somewhere for them to run wild.

WiFi is available all across the park, which is payable onsite, so you’ll be able to stay connected throughout your stay, while the launderette is available for your convenience.

The boathouse bar and restaurant will cook you a delicious meal, there is lots of choice on the menu. 

The evening entertainment is for all the family, bingo, and sparkle to entertain the children.

There are pony rides on the beach, golf and fishing around the corner from the caravan, mini golf on the promenard, bike hire and bowling are a little further into the town. 

The beach is dog friendly, but be advised dogs can only be off the lead on certain parts of the beach.

There is a facebook group “things to do in Hunstanton and surrounding areas” if you have never stayed in Hunstanton before, or if you would like to know local events that are happening during your stay.

No smoking or vaping in the caravan.

Remember to bring your own beach and swimming towels.

Entertainment passes are payable onsite at reception, wifi is payable on site, swimming can be booked online once full payment has been received via a link i send you from park dean. 

A £100 breakage deposit is required immediately when making your booking, this will also secure your holiday dates. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of your departure date. If there are any damages, breakages or excessive cleaning the cost of these will be deducted from your deposit before refunding. Payment is through bank transfer only.

Full balance is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival day.

Please treat the caravan as you would your own home, leave it as you found it. Cleaning materials and hoover are supplied.

Arrival time is 16:00 and departure time is 10am.
