This large comfortable caravan is 36ft x 12ft it has three bedrooms a lounge a kitchen with separate dining area and two bathrooms. The living area has dual aspect windows a sofa and armchair with footstools. There is a flat screen tv with dvd player a large selection of dvd's as well as books, games and craft equipment. The dining area has a separate table and six chairs. The kitchen has plenty of storage and ample worktop space. There is a fridge with small freezer compartment a microwave and a good size gas cooker. There is ample cutlery and all the kitchen equipment you will need. There are two twin bedrooms with their own batroom and toilet and the double bedroom is en-suite. There are electric heaters in a all rooms and the lounge has a remote control electric fire. Gas and electricity are included in all bookings.
Quilts and pillows are provided. You will need to bring quilt covers,sheets pillowcases and towels. Tea towels toilet rolls, kitcen rolls are provided.
There is a decking area with outdoor furniture as well as beach equipment.
Sorry we do not allow smoking in the caravan at any times and we do not accept animals.
Check in time is fromm 2pm and check out is 10am. There is a keysafe and the code is sent when you book.

A non-returnable deposit of £25 is required when booking with the balance paid two weeks before your stay. Our minimum stay is 2 nights all dates on the availability calender are fexible.
A fantastic location for exploring Norfolk, set in Heacham along the beautiful coast. Take a trip into Hunstanton enjoying all the traditional seaside attractions along the promenade or visit the Georgian market town of King’s Lynn, steeped in history.
On the Park, the pool with mini fun slide will provide hours of fun for the children whilst the toddlers can splash in the paddling pool. Great entertainment can be enjoyed at Bank Holidays and peak weeks with a quieter programme available at other times of the year.
