The caravan is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth Gold standard caravan. It is pet friendly but will only accept 2 well behaved dogs. No smoking is allowed in the caravan. The caravan has central heating and is double glazed. The main bedroom comprises of a kingsize bed, its own toilet/washroom and 2 double wardrobes. There is also a small Freeview TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small wardrobe. Down the corridor towards the living area is the combined second toilet and shower.
The living area comprises of a living room/kitchen. The kitchen has a full size Fridge Freezer, microwave and gas oven with hob. There is plenty of work top area and cupboard place. The living area also includes a the dining area. The living room has a 42inch Freeview TV, seperate DVD player and electric coal effect fire. The seating area comprises of a pull out double bed.
Iron & ironing board and hair dryer available.
Outside there is decking and decking furniture. There also includes a small patio/hard area. The caravan has unobstructive views and benefits from having the sun for the majority of the day. It is one of the best plots on the site if not the best.There is a short walk to the parking areas.

A £50 refundable deposit secures the booking with the full amount required 4 weeks prior to the booking period. Any damage caused must be paid for. Entertainment passes can be arranged, the cost of the passes are for upto 6 people. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the booking date, the deposit will not be returned.
